Techniques for Larger Calf Muscles Quickly

For whatever reason, people just have all sorts of troubles working their calf muscles. And it seems to be an all encompassing problem. If you cannot gain mass, you cannot get toned either. People complain of having skinny calves and simply want to add bulk as possible. It can be very difficult to increase strength in the calf but I insure you it is possible with a couple of simple exercises.

Calf Raises - These are quite simple really. Stand flat footed on a gym mat or floor. Hold weights in your hands (these can be dumbbells or a bar, whatever you prefer). Next, rise up and stand on your toes then slowly drop yourself back down flat footed. That is how to do a calf raise and it can train calf muscles fast.

Sitting Calf Extension - This will likely involve going to a gym to use special equipment. The sitting calf extension is essentially the same as the calf raise only sitting down. There’s typically a machine speciallized for this, although a leg press machine can do the same thing.

So there are a couple lifts to get you by. Hopefully, they can help you on your way to get larger calf muscles.
